training

Training is essential for performers but you'd be surprised how many people simply don't practice!

Training adequately will not only increase your ability to follow choreography, it will also push your stamina to the limits and help you to cope with the demands of the job. Training can also enhance your freestyle performance by increasing your catalogue of movements (sometimes referred to as your 'vocabulary').

Use the menu on the left to select the most appropriate training opportunities specific to your needs. Remember, your training will never end and no matter how great you become - there will aways be someone you can learn from!
